We came on a fairly busy Friday night, but were seated right away. The menu offered quite a variety of meat and fish items along with salads, appetizers, and desserts. We started with queso fundido (fried cheeses) that was delicious on small pieces of bread. We also ordered the ensalada verde as a side item that came on a large plate and would easily be enough for two. Our entr&eacute;e was the lomo steak (fillet) which, for a fillet, was quite large, flavorful, juicy, and also sufficient for two. I ended up bringing part of the steak and accompanying fries home, and so I would suggest that in the future I would split a salad and steak entr&eacute;e for a more modest and filling meal. Unfortunately, we did not have room for some of the desserts which looked more appealing than the usual collection of cheese cake or chocolate cake you find In many restaurants. Service was friendly and somewhat uneven in that several wait staff stopped at the table to check on things, but there were long periods when I could have used a water refill, but no one happened to be checking at that time. So, overall I would certainly recommend Buenos Aires Grill for a steak as the quality is excellent, the portions ample, the prices are a bargain, and there are some distinctive menu choices.

Still that great BBB burger with the special sauce. Malts and shakes still so thick and large you get a glassful the extra in the shaker and a spoon. Go on Fri nite &amp; see the classic cars.

The Northridge Mimi&#39;s does an excellent job. The food is always well prepared and very tasty, the service is good and the restaurant is attractive and well maintained. Our party of four ordered shrimp and scallop skewers (X2), a dinner chopped salad and a steak and frites. We all enjoyed our dishes. We eat lunch or dinner here almost weekly and just keep coming back. The menu is not huge, but covers a large variety of interesting choices. The food has always been expertly prepared and attractively plated. We&#39;ve never been disappointed by Mimi&#39;s.
